Objective
The Placement Cell aims to enhance the employability of students by developing their technical, professional, and soft skills. It serves as a bridge between the institution and industry, facilitates recruitment and internship opportunities, and supports students in making informed career choices. The Cell strives to build strong corporate partnerships, promote workplace readiness, and ensure fair placement opportunities for all eligible students.
The Placement Cell endeavours to cultivate an ecosystem that nurtures employability, professional growth, and corporate readiness among students. Its objectives are as follows:
- To empower students with holistic career competence through structured training in aptitude, communication, technical expertise, and workplace etiquette.
- To serve as a dynamic interface between academia and industry, facilitating seamless interaction, recruitment drives, internships and collaborative initiatives.
- To guide students in informed career decision-making, enabling them to identify their strengths, refine their aspirations, and pursue suitable professional pathways.
- To establish and sustain strategic partnerships with reputed organisations, sectors, and alumni networks for enhanced placement and internship opportunities.
- To foster professional confidence, adaptability, and innovation so that students excel in competitive and evolving corporate environments.
- To ensure equitable access to placement opportunities while recognising individual talent, discipline-specific competencies, and career interests.
- To promote industry awareness and global employability skills through expert talks, workshops, mock assessments, and continuous career development programmes.
- To inculcate ethical work values and leadership qualities preparing students to contribute meaningfully and responsibly to the professional world.

Advisory Committee Meeting
2017-2018
The advisory committee meeting for the academic year 2017-2018 was held in the mid of July. Rev. Sr. Mary Josephine Rani A, Principal was the chairperson. Following are the topics on which suggestions and discussion were made :
- Maintaining database of students to refer them for suitable job vacancies.
- Conducting campus interviews for reputable and professional organizations.
- Training students for their professional careers.
- Preparing them for competitive civil service exams, higher studies and choosing a rewarding career.
- Conducting exclusive training programs on Behavioral and soft skills and personality developments.
- Assisting students in discovering their strengths, sharpening their interests and planning for a satisfying future.
- Conducting Training programme especially for students to take part in campus drive for IT sectors.
2019-2020
