Shift I
Maa Vedhanayagam Tamil Association Inaugural function was held on July 14, 2010 at 2:00pm. Mr.Anbu, Principal of Oscar Catering & Tourism Management Institute, presided over the function and delivered his presidential address on “Youth perspective and the states of Tamil in today’s society”. Ms.Sugirtha Mari, Head, Dept of Tamil, Sr.Jayaceli, Assistant professor, other faculty members of the department and students took part in the function. International Tamil Conference theme song “Chemmozhi Tamil” was choreographed and presented by the students.
Shift II
Maa Vedhanayagam Tamil Association Inaugural function of shift II was held on July 19, 2010 at 12:30pm. Ms.Anuradha V presided over the function and delivered her presidential address on “Ilakhiyamum Inba Tamilum”. Head of the department and other faculty members of the department and students took part in the function. International Tamil Conference theme song “Chemmozhi Tamil” was choreographed and presented by the students.
