The Department of Microbiology conducted a National Seminar on “Microgalaxy” to mark the decennial year of the Department. The seminar was inaugurated by Dr.P. Agastian Simiyon Theodre, Head, Department of Plant Biology and Biotechnology, Loyola College, Chennai. There were several guest lectures by eminent resource persons and a Poster Presentation Contest for the student participants.
