The Chief Office Bearers of the College Union are the President, the Vice President and the Secretary. They are elected by secret ballot from among nominated candidates. The Class Representatives are elected by their respective classes at the beginning of each year. All the other Office Bearers like the Association Secretaries, Leaders of service and skill-based Clubs, Groups and Movements are either nominated or elected as the case may require. All these together form the College Union.
One staff member is appointed as Advisor to the College Union and every constituent group will function under the guidance of a member of the staff. All the office bearers work together for the effective functioning of all the associations, movements, groups, service and skill-based clubs and the Departmental and College activities at various levels.
The objectives of the College Union are:
To assimilate, live and uphold the ideals and vision of the College.
To collaborate in the formulation and execution of the Educative project.
To maintain cordial relationship between the Management, Staff and students.
To organize curricular, co-curricular and extra curricular activities with the guidance of the Staff.
