Farewell to the Srilankan Delegates

The farewell of India-Srilanka youth exchange programme was organized in Auxilium College at 5.00 p.m. on 28th July 2017. Audacious Dreams Foundation in collaboration with Auxilium College, has been organizing India-Srilanka Youth Exchange programme for the past two years. The aim of this youth exchange programme is to promote global understanding among the youth, for a sustainable development in the society.

His excellency, V. Krishnamoorthy, Deputy High Commissioner for South India, Deputy High Commission of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka presided the function. The guest of honour was Prof. (Dr.) Madan Mohan Goel, Director, Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. Dr. (Sr.) Jayashanthi, Vice Principal, Shift I of the College welcomed the gathering. Mr. Dhinesh Gajendiran, Audacious Dreams Foundation introduced the chief guests.

Rev. Sr. Amalorpavam, the Secretary of the College felicitated the members of National Youth Services Council (NYSC), Ministry of National Policies and Economi Affairs, Govt. of Srilanka on behalf of Auxilium College Management. Later the GUSD awards were distributed to notable people who extend their service to bring changes and development in the society.

The cultural programme that followed the chief guests’ address was a medley of the Indian and Srilankan cultures.
